1. What brand of instruments do we offer? May we choose another brand?

It depends on the availability of our distributers. If there is a particular brand that is needed, we can usually get it, however, there may be an upward adjustment to the cost.

2. How long does the instrument take to be delivered?

Please allow 1 day for inspection, then 7-10 days for free shipping OR for a $20 flat fee, you can receive the instrument within 4 days (usually) with upgraded shipping.

3. Is the instrument we receive new?

We purchase our instruments new and keep them serviced. You will receive a new or like-new instrument. (depends on availability)

4. What happens if we experience a repair need?

IQInstrumentRentals.com will take care of the repair within the first month. The customer will simply take their instrument to their local repair shop where we will either pay them directly or reimburse the customer. IQInstrumentRentals.com does not charge an insurance fee, therefore the customer will be responsible for all repairs after the first month.

I've rented a mellophone twice now for an annual marching band reunion event. Both times, shipping was fast and the horn was in great condition.
