This add-on will enable the student to receive a total of four music lesson online. Each lesson is 30 minutes in length. The lessons are private, only the teacher and one student.

After the 4 lessons have been used, there is the option to purchase an additional set of 4 lessons. Instructions will be given by teachers approved by IQInstrumentRentals.com LLC.

3) How much do the online music lessons cost?

Online music lessons purchased through the IQInstrumentRentals.com website are offered in a 4-lesson-set at a total price of $160.00 for all four lessons...just $40 per lesson. Clients who wish to continue studying may purchase additional "Private Online Music Lesson 4 Packs", however, they are under no obligation.

4) How long are the music lessons?

Each lesson lasts 30 minutes. There are a total of 4 individual lessons per set.

5) How many students will there be during each session?

Just one.

6) Will the same music teacher remain for the entire 4 lesson set?

Yes, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

7) When can lessons be taken?

Lessons purchased through IQInstrumentRentals.com are available to be taught at any time, at your convenience. You may schedule the 4 (30-minute) lessons spread over a day, week, or month.

8) How are the virtual sessions conducted?

The virtual sessions will be conducted in an online format agreeable to by both the instructor and the client. At the initial meeting, the 4 lesson dates will be set and agreed to by both parties. A copy of these date will be sent to IQInstrumentRentals.com LLC. The teacher will send the purchaser and/or student an email or an email calendar invitation containing the date, time & link to the meetings.

9) Do your teachers give lessons in people’s homes?

Lessons are taught 100% virtually online.

10) How will my music teacher be chosen?

IQInstrumentRentals.com LLC has affiliations with music schools and individual performing artists who have a background in professional performance and a degree in music and music education.

11) How can I help my child learn?

Please allow the child and the teacher to freely interact. The parent’s role of establishing a consistent practice routine is vital to the success of the student.

12) Should I attend my child’s lessons?

It is advised that the parent is in the room supervising the student while the lesson is taking place.

13) Do I get a refund for missed lessons?

If one or more lesson have been given, then the user is obligated to fulfill however many lessons remain in the set.

14) Do lessons expire?

Yes. Lessons purchased online expire if all 4 lessons not completed within 30 days of purchase. An exception to this rule may be applied if the client is renting an instrument from IQInstrumentRentals.com LLC. If the client is awaiting the arrival of an instrument in the mail, then the 4 (30-minute) lesson pack will begin once the client receives the instrument.

15) What is your cancellation policy?

Lessons that are scheduled with IQInstrumentRentals.com or its affiliates must be notified in writing a minimum of 24 hours in advance. The lesson may (at the discretion of the teacher) be rescheduled for a make-up lesson. No monetary refunds will be given for any missed lesson or partial groups of lessons.

16) Are any materials needed in advance?

During the first lesson, the teacher will review a list of lesson materials that are required including lesson books. Lesson materials are not included. The client will be responsible to obtain those materials separately and independent of the lesson.

Refund Policy

You may receive a refund for lessons and registration fees purchased online under the following condition: That no online lessons have been given. If one lesson has been given, then the user is obligated to fulfill the remaining 3 lessons with IQInstrumentRentals.com or its affiliates.

Note that lessons purchased online expire if lessons are not completed within 30 days of purchase. If a customer orders an instrument from IQInstrumentRentals.com LLC, the lessons must be completed within 30 days of receipt of instrument.

Lessons Terms & Conditions

Lesson Services:
This Student Registration Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of your purchase of instructional services from IQInstrumentRentals.com LLC or its affiliates.

Registration Fee/Deposit:
There is a no enrollment fee with this purchase.

Individual Lessons:
The tuition fee provides students with 4 individual 30 minutes lessons. If the client wishes to extend the lessons, they may purchase another Lesson 4 pack from IQInstrumentRentals.com LLC.

Tuition: Tuition does not include curriculum and materials costs. IQInstrumentRentals.com LLC or its affiliates reserve the right to sell lessons at different rates and terms than yours.

Tuition fees may be refunded in full prior to the delivery of any instructional services, with written notice received within 24 hours of your initial registration (which may be provided at the designated email address).

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
To cancel or reschedule a lesson at no cost, you must provide at least 24 hours prior written notice. We will reschedule your lesson subject to instructor availability. If you do not show up for a lesson or if you do not provide adequate notice, you will be charged for the missed lesson. Bona fide emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis.

IQInstrumentRentals.com LLC or its affiliates may, at its option, cancel your enrollment if you (1) fail to show up without notice,(2) your conduct is rude, improper, or harmful. Termination is effective on the date of notice. In this case, all fees paid are non-refundable. Additionally, all unused lessons purchased with a registered account, will expire thirty days after purchase.

Communications between IQInstrumentRentals.com LLC or its affiliate staff and with minor students should be between the parents/guardians of the students
